TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. BY COMPLETING THE ABOVE FORM AND SUBMITTING THE SAME TO EMBASSY LIMITED (THE “EMBASSY”), PARTICIPANTS SIGNIFY THEIR CONSENT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN, AND AGREE TO FULLY ABIDE BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
2. Winners will be contacted via the e-mail they provide. Provision of an invalid or inactive e-mail will automatically disqualify the respondent from the competition. The submission of an incomplete form shall automatically disqualify a person from participation in the Competition. 
3. The respondents will be awarded prizes on the merit of their answers. 
4. Participation in the Competition is only open to players above the age of sixteen (16). Employees, directors and officers of the Embassy are not permitted to participate in the Competition. Participants shall not be entitled to receive any prizes won if they are a minor or a prohibited participant.
5. Upon collection of the prize from the Embassy Complex Offices on level -3 at the Embassy Complex, winners will be asked to present their ID Card.  No third person will be allowed to collect  the prize on behalf of the winner.   
6. Should the prize not be collected  within 1 week of notification via e-mail, the winner will forfeit the prize.   
7. This competition applies only to Maltese nationals, or foreign nationals holding a resident permit in Malta.
8. One winner a week will be announced.
9. By participating in the Competition the repondent automatically accepts to have his/her e-mail address added to the Embassy database, and accepts to receive regular news and event notifications from the Embassy. 
10. The names of 2 weekly winners will be published on the Embassy Website.  Each winner will get a Eur25 vouchers.  The Competition will run until 2nd May 2010. 
11. The Embassy collects the personal data of participants in order to permit and facilitate participation in the Competition. By completing and submitting this form you consent to the Embassy processing your personal details in accordance with the Data Protection Act (Cap 440 of the Laws of Malta). The Embassy will only disclose your personal details if and when it is required to do so under any applicable law. You have the right to access data which the Embassy holds about you, and, where applicable, the right to ask for a rectification or erasure of such data.
12. The Embassy shall not entertain complaints or contestations made by participants.
13. The Embassy is not liable for any damage suffered by any participant due to the non observance of these conditions.
14. The Embassy reserves the right to change the format and manner in which the Competition is conducted at its sole discretion and without notice and liability to participants.
15. The Embassy reserves the right to cancel the Competition in its entirety. The Embassy shall have the sole right to determine the dates and times within which participation in the Competition is possible. The Embassy shall not liable to any person for any loss (whether such loss is direct, indirect) arising from (a) the cancellation or delay of the Competition, (b) the participation or non-participation of any person in the Competition, except in cases where the Embassy is guilty of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
16. In the event that these terms and conditions do not, or do not clearly, cater for a solution to any matter which may arise, then the Embassy shall have the sole discretion to decide finally on such matter.
17. These terms & condtions shall be governed and construed in accordance with Maltese law, and all disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
